1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WearDry services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WearDry provides dry cleaning, laundry, and garment care services with doorstep pickup and delivery. Service availability is subject to your location, and we reserve the right to decline service for garments we are unable to safely clean.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is scheduled based on availability and confirmed by our team. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated. You or an authorised representative must be available for pickup and delivery.
4. Garment Care & Liability
We handle all garments with care using appropriate methods. However, WearDry is not liable for: pre-existing damage not noted at intake, shrinkage due to incorrect care labels, items left in garment pockets, inherent fabric weaknesses revealed during cleaning, or colour bleeding due to fabric characteristics. All garments are checked at intake and existing conditions noted.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided via quote based on specific garment and service requirements. You will be informed of pricing before garments are collected (or confirmed after inspection where needed). Payment is due upon delivery or as per terms communicated for your order. Accepted methods include UPI, cash, and payment links.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a pickup request before garment collection at no charge. Once garments are collected and cleaning has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply as communicated by our team.
7. Complaints
Please report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints received after this window may be difficult to assess. Contact us via WhatsApp, call, or our support form.
8. Account Usage
Your account is personal and should not be shared. You are responsible for all activities under your account. OTP-based login must only be used by the registered mobile number holder.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on weardry.in including text, images, branding, and design is the property of WearDry and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
